How do I protect my action figures?
-Bubble Wrap Each Figure: Utilize small bubble wrap for every figure in your collection. Make sure you don’t wrap the figure too tight or it will damage the packaging. This keeps the bubble secure to the card and protects the card against rubbing or bumping the bin or other figures.19-Nov-2019
What kind of paint do you use on action figures?

Acrylic paint is a MUST for action figures. Whatever you do, do not use enamal as it will never dry.21-Feb-2012
How do you make an action figure shine?
Spray a little on a nice micro fiber rag and work it on the panel area you are trying to shine. This is not as shiny as the Future floor wax method, but it does get rid of the dullness of the unpainted plastic panels. I have used this method on a lot of my figures to get that factory muck off of them.12-Aug-2012

Put a small amount of soap on the toothbrush, just a small drop, and begin to give the figure, still wet from its soak, a gentle scrubbing. Do not use too much pressure, just enough to clean off the dirt and grime.15-Jun-2020

How do you tighten NECA joints?
A simple nail polish acrylic works wonders on ball socket joints. Get the fast drying kind, apply 1-2 layers then let it dry and test the firmness of the joint. If it’s not up to desired levels, apply more layers. It’s worked great for me on several figures.
How do you get super glue off action figures?
Acetone/nail polish remover.
How do you seal paint on figures?
To protect your miniatures, apply a thin coat of sealer. The sealer I recommend is Testors Dull Cote. It is available at most of the better craft stores. If you don’t find it there, check to see if you can find a hobby store specializing in model trains.
Why do action figures get sticky?
The cause of this stickiness or tackiness is the plasticizer that is used the manufacture of action figures. Over long periods of time this plasticizer begins to vaporize. This also means that figures that use softer plastics or PVC are more prone to this stickiness than figures that use harder plastics or PVC.
Can dust damage action figures?

How do you remove dust from figures?
Simply spray a bit of canned air into the crevice to blast the dust free and keep it from caking up where you don’t want it. Note that canned air doesn’t get rid of dust, but simply loosens it and “blasts†it away from where it isn’t wanted. Use a Swiffer duster to clean up the rest.28-Jul-2015
