This is not as shiny as the Future floor wax method, but it does get rid of the dullness of the unpainted plastic panels. Try Alcohol, use a small piece of cotton, soak it into Alcohol and rubber gently over the stain, it will remove it for sure. Acetone should be your last resource, Acetone can easily remove almost any kind of stain! But it can also, remove, the original painting, the details, the shiny, the PVC….

How to Remove White Scuff Marks from your Doll
You don’t need much for supplies with this trick, just cut a small piece of a Mr. Clean Magic Eraser.
Run it under tap water, and squeeze out any excess water. You want the Magic Eraser to be damp and not wet.
Next rub the Magic Eraser over the scuff mark until it disappears.
All done!

How do you remove scuff marks from hard plastic?
Wash the surface with a solution of 1 ounce of dish detergent per gallon of water, using a sponge.
Mix a paste of baking soda and water in a bowl.
Rub the paste onto any scuff mark that remains after washing with soap and water, using a sponge and moving it in a circular motion.
Rinse the surface with clear water.
