Introduction

Gyutaro was one of the Twelve Kizuki and one of the most powerful demons. Since the Twelve Kizuki had direct orders from Muzan to eliminate Tanjiro and Nezuko, it is only natural that Tanjiro wanted to kill Gyutaro. On top of that, Tanjiro was a Demon Slayer so it was his duty, regardless of anything else, to kill Gyutaro.
A large portion of Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba ‘s Season 2 finale was dedicated to the backstories of the Entertainment District arc ‘s antagonists, Gyutaro and Daki. Two siblings who love each other more than anything and have no other family, the Upper Six demons are dark mirror images of Tanjiro and Nezuko.
During the Entertainment District Arc, Daki and Gyutaro were killed during a fight with the Demon Slayer Corps. Although Tengen Uzui helped, it was ultimately Tanjiro that decapitated Gyutaro, which, in turn, allowed Zenitsu and Inosuke to decapitate Daki, effectively killing the demon siblings and members of the Twelve Kizuki.

As a member of the Upper-Rank Six, Daki was extremely powerful. She was much more powerful than the regular demons. Her physical abilities were on a completely different level in comparison to some demons that Tanjiro and co. had faced. Daki was immune to decapitation when her brother was attached to her core.
Much like her other fellow Upper-Rank Demons, thanks to Muzan’s blood, Daki already has incredible strength, regeneration, and speed that is leagues above any regular demon. Besides those powers, she’s also got a few abilities that make her such a dangerous offensive and defensive threat.
Doma is one step above Akaza in number, but his power level is exponentially greater. He crushes both Kanae Kocho and Shinobu Kocho, the previous and current Insect Hashira of the Demon Slayer Corps, in battle. Doma’s Blood Demon Art is the source of his strength.
